We offer three packages starting from £149 for our Essential plan. Our most popular Premium package is £349 and includes a custom-designed memorial, three QR products, and video integration. Our Legacy plan at £549 includes everything in Premium plus annual updates, family collaboration, and priority support. Every package includes lifetime hosting.
From your initial consultation to delivery, the process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. We take our time to ensure every detail is perfect, and we'll keep you updated at every stage. If you need an expedited timeline for a service or anniversary, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Absolutely. Life continues, and so can their memorial. Our Legacy package includes annual updates as standard. For Essential and Premium packages, we offer update services at a small additional cost. You can add new photos, stories, or milestones at any time.
We understand the importance of permanence. Your memorial is hosted on resilient, redundant infrastructure with multiple backups. We also set aside dedicated funds to ensure hosting continues indefinitely. In the unlikely event of any change, we commit to giving at least 12 months' notice and providing a full export of all content.
Yes, and we encourage it. During the consultation process, we can include as many family members as you like. Our Legacy package also includes a family collaboration portal where multiple contributors can submit photos, stories, and memories directly. It's a wonderful way to bring everyone together.
We provide a full preview of your memorial before it goes live. You'll have the opportunity to review every element — the design, photos, text, and video — and request any changes. We don't publish anything until you're completely happy with the result. The initial consultation is free and without obligation.
